Directions for coming by car
Coming from the north/east:
Take A1 to motorway junction Dortmund/Unna where you follow the signs for A44/B1 towards Dortmund and get off at exit B54.
Continue towards the centre (watch out for radar speed check on the right near ADAC), following Ruhrallee.
How to get to Haus der Wirtschaft, Töllnerstrasse: Get into right lane, make a right-hand turn onto Ostwall after passing the urban railway bridge, and then turn right again onto Löwenstrasse. In front of you on the right you will see Haus der Wirtschaft, Töllnerstrasse 9-11. Visitor parking is provided in the yard behind the building.
Coming from the west:
Follow the A40/B1 towards Dortmund and take exit B54 towards the centre, then follow directions above.
Coming from the south:
Take A45 to the junction Dortmund-Süd, then follow B54 towards Dortmund, which will take you to Ruhrallee (then follow directions above).
Coming by underground:
From the main station, Wirtschaftsförderung Dortmund (City of Dortmund Economic Development) can be reached by taking the lines U 45 (towards Westfalenhallen/Westfalenstadion), U 47 (towards Aplerbeck), U 49 (towards Hacheney) or U 41 (towards Hörde).
How to get to Haus der Wirtschaft, Töllnerstrasse: Get off at Stadthaus (third stop). Take the exit marked "Innenstadt" and keep right while walking towards the Siemens high-rise, which is where Töllnerstrasse starts. You will find Haus der Wirtschaftsförderung on this street about 50 m further on your right.
Coming from Dortmund Airport:
- By car: Follow the signs to A40/B 1 towards Dortmund/ Bochum. Take A40/B 1 to the exit B54 towards the centre and then follow directions above.
- By bus: Take the FlughafenExpress to the main station. From there continue with the underground, follow directions above.
